Atazanavir and Ritonavir are antiretroviral drugs used in combination for the treatment of HIV-1 infection. Atazanavir is a protease inhibitor that prevents viral replication, while Ritonavir is primarily us ed as a pharmacokinetic booster to increase Atazanavir’s effectiveness by inhibiting its metabolism. This combination is indicated for use in adults and pediatric patients as part of antiretroviral therapy (ART) to manage HIV infection and reduce viral load, thereby improving immune function and slowing disease progression. It is typically administered with other antiretroviral agents. 

Entecavir is an antiviral medication used to treat chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection**. It belongs to the class of nucleoside analog reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs) and works by inhibiting HBV replication, reducing viral load, and slowing liver damage. Entecavir is indicated for adults and children (≥2 years old) with active HBV replication and evidence of liver inflammation or fibrosis. It is commonly prescribed for patients with compensated or decompensated liver disease and those who have developed resistance to other HBV treatments

Tenofovir is an antiviral medication used to treat HIV-1 infection and chronic hepatitis B (HBV). It is a *nucleotide reverse transcriptase inhibitor (NRTI) that works by blocking the enzyme required for viral replication, reducing viral load in the body. Tenofovir is available in two forms: **tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF)** and **tenofovir alafenamide (TAF)**, with TAF having improved kidney and bone safety profiles. 

Tenofovir alafenamide (TAF) is an antiviral medication used to treat chronic hepatitis B virus (HBV) infection and HIV-1 infectionn combination with other antiretroviral agents. It is a prodrug of tenofovir that delivers the active drug more efficiently to target cells, allowing for lower doses and reduced kidney and bone toxicitycompared to tenofovir disoproxil fumarate (TDF). TAF works by inhibiting viral reverse transcriptase, preventing viral replication. It is commonly found in combination therapies such as Descovy(for HIV) and Vemlidy(for HBV).
