The rabies human vaccine is a biologic preparation used to prevent rabies, a deadly viral infection that affects the nervous system. It is made from inactivated rabies virus and stimulates the immune system to produce antibodies against the virus. The vaccine is indicated for **pre-exposure prophylaxis (PrEP) in individuals at high risk of rabies exposure, such as veterinarians, animal handlers, and travelers to endemic areas. It is also used for post-exposure prophylaxis (PEP) in individuals bitten or exposed to potentially rabid animals, often administered with rabies immunoglobulin in previously unvaccinated individuals. Timely administration of the vaccine is crucial to prevent the onset of rabies, which is almost always fatal once symptoms appear

Tetanus is a serious bacterial infection caused by Clostridium tetani, which produces a toxin affecting the nervous system, leading to severe muscle stiffness and spasms, commonly known as "lockjaw." It enters the body through wounds or cuts contaminated with spores.  The primary drug for treating tetanus is Tetanus Immunoglobulin (TIG), which provides immediate passive immunity by neutralizing the toxin.
